Goal Setting = Success!

As important as it is to have a proper training and nutrition program, it is equally important to have proper goals to achieve.  Every athlete needs to have long and short-term goals down on paper in a place to see on a regular basis.  Have daily, monthly, and yearly objectives driving you to achieve the success that comes with winning. 

              These goals should focus not only on your training program, but also in your personal relationships as well.  If your life as a whole is successful it will branch out into every aspect of your daily living. Have a healthy day!
